Well I guess not!

I got my blood test results back and they found nothing! No iron deficiency, no low B12 and no thyroid problem......Hmmmmmm perhaps my lack of energy has to do with not getting enough sleep?

There is this new show on TLC called 'I Can Make You Thin,' I have to say that it was AMAZING!! It makes so much frigging sense its mental! The first show was last Sunday and the host Paul Mckenna gave 4 golden rules:
1. When you are hungry, eat!
2. Eat what you want, not what you think you should.
3. Eat consciously
4. When you think you are full, STOP eating!

It was mind boggling how much I was overeating. I have been eating half as much as I was before. For the first time in a long time I am actually listing to my body. There are some very loud signals that you are full, if you only listen.

It seems so simple, and it works. I have lost 3 lbs this week. I haven't been under 212 in awhile. I weighed in today at 209!!

This makes me more optimistic that I can make my goal before our wedding, and not have to be the fat bride!
