While watching "Biggest Loser" tonight I kinda had an A-HA moment. Why am I fat?? I am fat because I had a baby; I am fat because my parents divorced when I was 9 and the only comfort I got was from food; I am fat because I don't remember what it was like to be skinny........and it scares the hell out of me! By identifying these reasons that I am where I got to today, makes me realise that I am stronger than any of these things!!
I can do this!
Goals for the week:
1. Stay on point for the 2nd week in a row
2. Drink all of my H2O
3. Go to the gym at least 4 times
Ok, well thats all for me tonight. Cadence is finally sleeping in her own bed and I am going to get some much needed sleep.

Those Aha moments can really leave you reeling can't they? Its good to have them though, I find.
Good for you for making goals for the week. I think we get so set making those long term goals that we lose sight of making short term ones.
Maybe I'll see you at the gym on Saturday?? During the week I'm there at 6am.
